Narcisse was seen recently at the Dahl's store in Beaverdale wearing a bulletproof vest over a wife-beater t-shirt. This is the second such sighting in a couple of weeks. The fashion statement notwithstanding, is he just grandstanding again or has he got himself into a serious pickle?
Because it is more fun, let's assume that Jon is just being Jon and that wearing the vest is his way of letting people know how important he is. Which, of course, calls for a contest. Who will be the first among you to snap his picture wearing the vest and send it to me? And once we snag that shot a caption-naming contest will be an absolute must!
Prizes will be a toughy, but I will think of something.
